Scarecrow Video To Celebrate International Independent Video Store Day On October 19

October 19 @ 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Save the date! Join Scarecrow on Saturday, October 19th, all day from 12-8pm for the 14th annual International Independent Video Store Day. In the store, we’ll be celebrating all things physical media with exclusive sales on select titles from our favorite distributors, live DJs, prizes and giveaways.

Or join us on Scarecrow’s YouTube channel for a livestream of the event hosted by Scarecrow’s own Emalie Soderback and Matt Lynch (of Viva Physical Media fame), featuring a Super-Sized VIVA, amazing video montages, interviews, guests, and more!

Video Store Day recognizes the importance of film preservation via physical media and is a great opportunity to support Scarecrow’s work stewarding the world’s largest publicly available video archive. Donations during Video Store Day are a crucial part of Scarecrow’s annual budget and we REALLY need the entire Scarecrow Community’s support. Make your gift early or during the livestream!
