The Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center (WVMCC) is proud to sponsor the 46th Annual Regional High School Art Show in cooperation with the North Central Educational Service District, the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, and Central Washington University.
Every year, the WVMCC is honored to showcase students’ creativity and talent from our region. Selected winning artwork from the North Central area will travel to Olympia for the Superintendent’s High School Art Show.
On Saturday, March 15, from 1-3 PM, join us for the public reception and awards ceremony for the 46th Annual Regional High School Art Show.
Winners will be recognized in six categories: Drawing, Painting, Mixed Media, Photography, 3-D, and Digital Media. The judges will select 15 Best of Show works to move on to the Annual Superintendent’s High School Art Show held virtually in Olympia on May 14, 2025. There will also be three People’s Choice Awards presented at the end of the exhibit.
In addition to the award categories, Central Washington University will award tuition waiver scholarships.
Judging criteria will follow the state level guidelines established by the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction. Judges are asked to consider three areas: Creativity, Composition and Technique. This year’s regional judges are Ruth Allan, Kasey Koski, and Gregg Schlanger.
Light refreshments will be provided.
