Rebekah Hood-Sava presents a Multimedia Cello Journey on BMC Night Beat

Join us for a multimedia experience of Rebekah’s two albums, Emerge and Journey, mixed and mastered by Grammy-winning sound engineer Oz Fritz. Rebekah’s live performance will be accompanied by Radu Sava’s local nature films.
With the help of layered and looped cello, you’re invited to journey through layers of emotions and psyche of a one-woman orchestra. Some compositional elements come from Rebekah’s formal classical training, and others from the music she’s inspired by, from minimalism and ambient to crossover and singer-songwriters.
Full-length BMC Night Beat is on Friday, November 8, 7:30pm at First Congregational Church, 2401 Cornwall Ave. in Bellingham. No ticket purchase required; we suggest a $20 donation. All are welcome and students are always free!
