Pie Party! Fancy Dessert Auction & Historical Presentation

The Latah County Historical Society invites you to the “Pie Party!” Bid on dozens of sweet treats made by local bakers in a fancy dessert silent auction! Enjoy free cider and cookies! Or a tasty beverage from the no-host bar provided by the Moscow Alehouse! Relax with a historical presentation on “Yakima’s One-Ton Apple Pie” by Dr. Amanda L. Van Lanen, chair of the Humanities Division and professor of history at Lewis-Clark State College! All while raising funds to benefit the ongoing restoration work in the McConnell Mansion Window Project.
It all happens on Sunday, November 17th from 5pm to 7pm at the 1912 Center, located at 412 East Third Street in Moscow. Admission is free, but you will want to go home with one of these sweet treats so be sure to bring your wallets.
