LRVWS would like to extend an invitation for our upcoming event on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024, at 6:00pm, featuring poet Maya Jewell Zeller! The winner of the New American Poetry Prize, Zeller will read from her latest poetry collection titled, out takes / glove box. From reproductive rights and the wunderkammer of the body, to intersections of gender and socioeconomic class, from lyric imagining and hybrid works to the link between poetry and memoir, Zeller’s reading will elaborate on narrative signposts, deep image, and inventing forms/ experimenting. Taneum Bambrick will perform introductions followed by a reading by the PCW student Hollis Zepp, editor for Q&A A Queer Zine.
This event will take place in CWU Brooks Library and can be attended in-person & on Zoom.
