An Evening of Band Music

On Tuesday, April 8, three bands will share a program of exciting, community-based instrumental music. The newly-formed Wenatchee Valley Brass Band will kick the concert off with an exciting set that includes show tunes, a beautiful ballad, and several other compositions written or arranged specifically for the unique sound of an all-brass ensemble. Additionally, the Cashmere High School Jazz Band will perform several tunes, and the evening will conclude with an exciting set of songs performed by the Chelan-based Valley Winds Concert Band. The performance will take place in the Cashmere Middle School auditorium at 7:00 PM. There will be no admission charge.
