Andrew Gutzmer is an Outreach and Education Specialist for the Consumer Protection Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. He works directly with consumers, community organizations, and local businesses to ensure that all Washingtonians know their rights and how to advocate for themselves in an open marketplace. He is an avid educator of scam awareness, seeking to help people recognize the signs of a fraud and better understand how scammers operate. Andrew has been with the Consumer Protection division for over six years and originally hails from Chicago; se habla español.
