A Downtown Pullman Business frustrated due to long construction

PULLMAN, WASH – A Downtown Pullman business tells us the struggle they’ve been going through due to construction through downtown. 

The owner and employee of Neil’s Coffee and Ice Cream tells us how business has been a little slowed down because of road construction through these last few months.
