$25.00Annual Oktoberfest is Saturday October 12th in Echo OR from 4 PM until 10PM. at the Echo Ridge Winery. Echo is a small, historic community off I-84 20 minutes East of Pendleton. The event is a fund raiser for the non-profit Echo Heritage Association. Funds raised are used to help with Scholarships local students and for the restoration of the Historic St, Peter’s Church.
